Mr. George Wilson is CEO and president of ECS. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a small, services-oriented business into a company with more than 2300 employees and $600M revenue providing cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT solutions. Prior to joining ECS, Mr. Wilson was instrumental in growing Stanley Inc. from a small, private business with 20 employees and $2M in revenue to a public company of nearly 6,000 employees and more than $900M in annual revenue. While at Stanley, Mr. Wilson organized and led executive teams responsible for customer relations, corporate development, business growth, strategic investments and company strategy.   He serves on the ECS board of directors, and is a board member of Professional Services Council, Brain Injury Services, and the Washington Choral Arts. Mr. Wilson received the 2018 Wash100 award, recognizing his impact in the GovCon sector.

Ms. Michelle Lee, founder and CEO of STG International, possesses more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of business operations and government contracting. STGi's growth and success demonstrate Ms. Lee's ability to rapidly adapt to new environments and responsibilities, to operate from a global perspective, and to integrate divergent concepts that result in creative solutions. Her expertise in recruiting, retaining, and motivating superior talent for optimum performance has also served as one of the key attributes to the company’s significant growth. Ms. Lee places special emphasis on fostering an environment for success through her dedication to inclusive leadership and an open-door policy. Ms. Lee actively supports professional, academic and civic organizations, serving on numerous executive boards, including ServiceSource and Washington Hospital Center Foundation and MedStar Heart Institute.

Mr. Shyam Salona is the Chief Executive Officer of REI Systems and company co-founder; under his tenure, REI Systems successfully graduated from small business status eight years ago and has been growing successfully.  Mr. Salona spends his days focused on building a culture of empowered teams and developing the agility of his company. Mr. Salona believes the work environment that he fosters within REI is the most important factor in REI’s ability to develop and deliver highly innovative solutions to its customers. Prior to co-founding REI in 1989, Mr. Salona spent several years in internet/intranet applications and information systems. In the decades since, he has led REI in the design and implementation of innovative web-based solutions that help achieve important public-sector missions.

Ms. Karen Trowbridge Savitz is the Founder, President and CEO of Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC. Since the company’s inception, she has built a diversified, financially solvent company based on a record of excellent past performance, robust quality methodologies, and innovative and agile solutions. Under her leadership, Trowbridge has steadily grown to a successful mid-tier firm supporting important technology missions for Defense and Federal Civilian clients around the country.  Karen was named on WashingtonExec’s Top 25 Execs to Watch in 2018 and Washington SmartCEO Brava Women’s Business list for leadership and philanthropy. The company was awarded the 2018 Corporate Growth Company of the Year by the ACG National Capital Chapter in the $75M- $250M revenue category, ranked in the Inc. 500|5000 list in 2011, 2012 and 2013, 2015 and 2017, and the Washington Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Companies list in 2017 and 2018.

Mr. Julian Setian is President and CEO of SOS International LLC (SOSi).  Founded by his mother in 1989, Mr. Setian has grown the company into one of the largest private, family-owned and operated firms in the defense and aerospace industry – a global enterprise of 1,400 full-time employees.  Under his leadership, the company has grown at an average annual rate of 25+% and has completed three major acquisitions.  Mr. Setian serves on both the board of directors and executive committee of the Professional Services Council (PSC), and is the Washington, D.C. chapter Chairman of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).  SOSi supports a wide range of non-profit and civic organizations, including Cornerstones, International Stability Operations Association (ISOA), United Service Organizations, Inc. (USO), Bunker Labs, Capitol Post and Dog Tag, Inc. 

Ms. Elma Levy is the Co-founder and Chair of the Board of Dovel Technologies; under her tenure and guidance the company evolved from a 2-person at home start-up to its current size of $200M and 1300 FTEs. Ms. Levy established the corporate foundation and culture that enabled the company to develop from a start-up to a mature organization. Ms. Levy had the vision to implement a strategy of growth through acquisition at the right time in the corporate life cycle and executed the steps to realize that vision. In her current position as Chair of the Board, Ms. Levy oversees and guides the organizational governance and strategic direction. In addition, Ms. Levy serves on multiple Advisory Boards, and she is the Vice -Chair of the Board of the largest non-profit hospice organization in Montgomery County.  Ms. Levy is a highly sought-after speaker and panelist, business mentor and leadership coach.

Mr. Kevin Jennings is President/CEO and founding partner of Millennium Corporation. He is responsible for driving forward Millennium’s mission of being an industry leader in integrated business and scalable technology solutions. Mr. Jennings is also responsible for the strategic vision and the short and long-term profitability and growth of the company. Millennium was recognized in 2010, 2012 and 2013 by INC 500 as one of the fastest growing private companies. A veteran of the U.S. Army Acquisition Corps, Mr. Jennings spent more than 22 years acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Army’s War-fighting doctrine and then transitioning those skills to the acquisition profession, culminating his career as a Department of Army Product Manager responsible for cost, schedule and performance of a $1.3 Billion Research and Development and Production program. Mr. Jennings brings more than 20 years of senior-level experience.

Ms. Michele Bolos is CEO and founder of NT Concepts. Her personal vision when starting NT Concepts in 1998 was to stay ahead of the technology curve while keeping great customer service above all.  Prior to founding NT Concepts, Ms. Bolos worked as an independent consultant for companies such as Mobil Oil, Talus Corporation, and API/WANG Global, where she led complex software engineering efforts for commercial and federal marketplaces. Ms. Bolos serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council (PSC) and the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of Women in Technology (WIT) and served on the committees for the Women Business Owners (WBO) and Girls In Technology (GIT).  Her passion for giving back was brought to the corporate platform when she implemented the Super Service Challenge (SSC) at NT Concepts as part of their corporate giving back series.

Mr. France Q. Hoang is a veteran entrepreneur who has been on the founding teams of companies that have generated over $600 million of combined sales and employed over 1,200 professionals across the fields of aerospace, defense, government services, technology and law.  He was recently the Chief Strategy Officer of MAG Aerospace, which became majority owned by a Private Equity firm in 2018.  Mr. Hoang oversaw four acquisitions that contributed to strong organic growth and an increase in annual revenue from $20M+ in 2013 to $300M+ in 2018.  In addition, Mr. Hoang is a founding partner of FH+H Law, served as Associate Counsel to the President of the United States, and served in Operation ENDURING FREEDOM with U.S. Army Special Operations and Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR and JOINT GUARD as a peacekeeper.  He graduated in the academic top 1% of his West Point class, received a Masters in Criminal Justice from Washburn University, and graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. 

Mr. Dennis Kelly is the President and COO of Centauri..  Previously, he was the President and CEO of Buchanan and Edwards. Where he was responsible for developing and executing an aggressive growth strategy that will expand B&E’s solutions into the national security market. He has nearly 30 years of experience growing businesses through M&A and organic growth. Mr. Kelly’s previous roles include CEO of IOMAXIS, LLC, an innovative cyber security solutions firm, the president and CEO of A-T Solutions, Inc., a counter-terrorism solutions firm supporting a variety of defense, intelligence and law enforcement customers. Following the sale of A-T Solutions to PAE, Dennis was appointed the President of PAE’s National Security Solutions business unit. Mr. Kelly is an adjunct professor in the George Mason University Executive MBA program and serves on the board of directors of the USO of Metropolitan Washington – Baltimore.


Mr. Carlos Rivera is the Founder, Chairman and President of Vysnova Partners. Mr. Rivera has more than 30 years of experience working in in the health and information management sectors. Vysnova has been recognized as Dept of Commerce 2017 Minority Health Products and Services Firm, Inc. Magazine 500/5000 2018 List, 2017 SECAF Government Contractor of the Year Finalist, and ranked #7 in the 2018 Washington Business Journal’s List of companies in the DC Region.  Prior to founding Vysnova, Mr. Rivera was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of CAMRIS International, a highly successful management consulting firm primarily focused on global health. Mr. Rivera completed a successful career with the U.S. Navy as a Healthcare Administrator. He serves as the Chairman of the Small Business Association for International Companies (SBAIC) and on several boards as an advisor. In 2017 Mr. Rivera was named as a Minority Business Leader by the Washington Business Journal.

Ms. Tina Kuhn is the CEO and President of CyberCore Technologies, where she has overseen rapid growth.  Ms. Kuhn has over 35 years of demonstrated success spanning the cybersecurity, defense, intelligence agencies. Ms. Kuhn has managed upwards of $440M a year business unit with approximately 1600 personnel.  Her previous roles include Senior Vice-President Positions at Sotera, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics and SAIC. Ms. Kuhn was recognized as one of the Top 25 Leaders in Government Contracting You Should Know About by the WashingtonExec in 2017.  Her new book, The Manager’s Communication Tool Kit: Tools and Techniques for Leading Difficult Personalities is a clear and practical guide to high performance business communication.  In addition, Ms. Kuhn serves on the boards of AFCEA Central Maryland Chapter and the Howard County Public Schools Early Education Program.

Mr. Ron Jones was the Chief Strategy Officer and Vice Chair of Vistronix’s Board of Directors. In this capacity, Mr. Jones was responsible for driving Vistronix's meteoric growth, transformation, and eventual exit. Prior to Vistronix, Mr. Jones was EVP, Corporate Strategy and Development at Sotera Defense Solutions. He played the critical role in the establishment, build, and IPO of Global Defense Technology & Systems, before its sale that created Sotera.  Before Sotera, Mr. Jones was the SVP, Strategy and Corporate Development for Gray Hawk Systems, where he led the corporation transformation and eventual sale of Gray Hawk to ManTech, launching them into the counter-terrorism community.  Before Gray Hawk, Mr. Jones was SVP, Corporate Strategy and Development for Veridian. He was the chief architect behind the Veridian M&A program that resulted in a highly valuated strategic sale to General Dynamics  

Ms. Linda Bertine founded and grew G&B Solutions, an IT and management consulting company, to $65M before selling it to VSE Corporation. After selling G&B Solutions, Ms. Bertine became an advisor to CEOs of IT firms with an emphasis on M&A due diligence and post-merger integration.  Prior G&B Solutions, she served as the CIO/Director at the U.S. House of Representatives, directly responsible for managing all of the House Information Systems (H.I.S.) activities.  Ms. Berdine has received over 30 awards for contributions to the IT community. She is an active member of AFCEA, where she served four years as the President of the AFCEA Bethesda Chapter and as a Director on the AFCEA International Board. Ms. Berdine also serves on numerous high tech company Board of Directors, First Virginia Community Bank Board of Advisors, The Children’s Beach House Board of Trustees, the Greater Lewes Foundation Board, and is Vice-Chair of the Jane Goodall InstituteBoard.
